Two new companies have joined NODE, and the cluster has now a total of 55 participating companies.

The new companies in NODE are Frigstad Engineering and Voca, both located in Kristiansand.

Frigstad Engineering

Established in 1981, Frigstad Engineering is a multi-disciplinary offshore company providing engineering services to the offshore oil & gas industry. Voca

VOCA AS is a technology consulting company based in Kristiansand, Norway. Core competencies are within software development, optical- and non-contact measurement, robot vision, sensor fusion and engineering control. The team members of VOCA have extensive industrial experience including relevant MSc and PhD-degrees. In addition to consultancy work they are also focused on three internal research and innovation projects: one aimed at offshore crane automation, another aimed at subsea gas detection and monitoring, and a third aimed at optical measurement for robotic operations.
